Account & Profile Data

Name, photo, job title, company, phone, email, address, social media links, and any content you add to your digital business card.

Transactional Data

Order details, package type (including lifetime access status), invoices, and payment confirmations.

Payment Data

Online payments: Processed by secure third-party gatewa y s. We do not store full card details.
Bank transfers: Payer name, transaction proof, and bank reconciliation records.

Technical & Usage Data

IP address, device type, browser information, pages viewed, and card scan/tap analytics.

2 Why We Use Your Information

To create, host, and display your digital identity.
To process orders and dynamic NFC card activations.
To provide SEO-ready profiles and customer support.
To comply with legal and tax requirements in Sri Lanka.

5 Data Retention

Account Data: Retained while active. Deleted or de-identified within 30 day s of account closure request.

Financial Records: Retained for the statutory period required by Sri Lankan law (Tax/Audit).

First 1,000 Customers

We store a permanent flag for the first 1,000 customers entitled to lifetime access. This flag ensures no recurring hosting fees will ever be billed to these legacy members.

Service Continuity

In the event of major technical or financial interruptions beyond our control, we will provide a data export window, allowing you to download your profile links and contact records.
