I, Venerable Mawathawewe Gnanabiwansa, currently reside in Panadura. I have passed the Royal Pandita Examination conducted by the Ministry of Education and received the Royal Pandita Degree from the President of the Republic of Sri Lanka. I have also obtained a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kelaniya.
I am currently serving as the Deputy Principal of the Pinwatte Saddharmakara University College, Panadura. I am also the Director of my Buddhanjali Tourism Institute.
