Welcome to eCards.lk, operated by Camelia Network (Pvt) Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using eCards.lk.

1 Use of Service

eCards.lk provides digital business card solutions using NFC and QR technologies for individuals and businesses.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use our services.
You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2 Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All information you provide during registration must be accurate and up to date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3 Orders & Payments

Payments for eCards.lk products and services may be completed via secure online payment or direct bank transfer.
All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
A minimum registration payment is required for all customers to activate their profile and ensure platform sustainability.

4 Lifetime Access & Annual Subscription Policy

The first 1,000 registered customers will receive lifetime access to their eCards.lk profiles at no recurring charge.
Once this limit is reached, new customers will be subject to a small annual service maintenance fee to continue hosting and updating their digital profiles.
This structure ensures fair use of server resources and helps maintain high service quality for all users.

5 Shipping & Delivery

Physical NFC cards are delivered within Sri Lanka through registered courier partners.
Delivery times may vary based on location, design approval, and stock availability.

6 Refund & Replacement Policy

Refunds are available only for defective or damaged physical cards reported within 7 days of delivery.
Activated digital cards are non-refundable.
Replacement requests must include photographic proof of damage or defect.

7 Platform Continuity

We are committed to maintaining and improving the eCards.lk platform for years to come.
However, in the unlikely event of major technical, legal, or financial circumstances beyond our control, service suspension or permanent shutdown may become necessary.
In such a case, we will provide reasonable prior notice to all users and ensure that personal data can be downloaded or backed up before closure.
Our goal is always to maintain long-term stability and trust in our services.

8 Intellectual Property

All designs, content, software, and materials on eCards.lk are the intellectual property of Camelia Network (Pvt) Ltd.
No part of the website may be copied or reproduced without written permission.

9 User Content

You retain ownership of your uploaded content (such as logos, images, and profile information).
By using our platform, you grant us permission to host and display this content as part of your digital card.
You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted material.

10 Limitation of Liability

eCards.lk shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from website interruptions, data loss, or technical issues.
Users are responsible for how they share their contact details and manage their personal data.

11 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
Any changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and any disputes shall be handled by Sri Lankan courts.
